Is the lockdown affecting us? How has life changed here in 2020? So many things have happened this year that the world will never be the same again. What about love? How Is The Lockdown Affecting Our Love Lives? Since late February, my life has changed. I started to stay at home, I spent 10 weeks without alcohol and kebabs – zero of it. I then started to go out again and boom – I was in an accident. The whole year is a disaster but yet we still need love. Here are some ways I tried to find love in lockdown era.

1.Online Dating

I turned to the anti-social world of “online dating” in 2020. In the past I had been to real dating events, including to the oldest restaurant in Gdansk, Poland to a speed dating event in Bournemouth and to a night of flirting in Warszawa. Now, it was time to head online. With a huge plethora of websites to choose from, where on earth do you start? It took me a while searching for good ones. I first came across a website called Match Me Happy and was impressed. It was free to join and easy to use. There are many online options for dating and you never know where it might lead.

2.Tinder Loyal

Yes I signed up to Tinder and tried it. It is not my favourite app but it is free and it does work – you can meet people there.

3.Mask Equals Condom

A mask is just the same as a condom in essence – it’s a protection for you and others from a body part. Whether it is mouth and nose or willy and fanny, we are covering up. Be safe and always wear yours!

Later in the same week, the Zoom chat turned into a bit of a strip tease game.
