Attire for the Confab

Business casual is the attire of the day when it comes to appointments with suppliers during the tradeshow and for Boardroom presentation. Resort casual is perfectly acceptable for all evening functions, including dinners. An attendee needs to keep in mind that a good deal of walking is involved with this tradeshow. Thus, comfortable shoes are a must.

Boardroom Sessions

The Global Travel Marketplace takes a different approach to the traditional conference and tradeshow. This is an intimate gathering. A Boardroom session is a 30-minute presentation given by suppliers or vendors to a small group of travel professionals. An attendee is able to attended a dozen Boardroom sessions throughout the confab, hearing from 12 different suppliers of his or her choosing. The Boardroom sessions are held on site at the conference hotel.
