Seventy Eight Days Round The World!

It is July 1st 2008! And exactly one year ago the day I embarked on a 78 day round the world trip, the very reason I decided to start this blog!! All those blog entries are nearly up to date on here now, as I’ve now been blogging for 11 months. However here are my top five photos from my travels, followed by some facts. (PHOTO UPLOADS NOT WORKING AT THE MOMENT!) Its not exactly Willy Fog (or even Phileas Fog, or even Michael Palin), but its a pretty good effort given the range of places I went, people I met, sights I saw, things I did and budget I had. I got a lot of flights, something which wasn’t around in Phileas Fog’s time…”78 days around the world, we’ll find a pot of gold.”

I also visited Sweden, Switzerland and Liechtenstein during 2007, making it a total of 21 countries, the most I have ever seen in just one year!
