Reunion Island: A Wildly Beautiful and Rugged Volcanic Island

Due to its idyllic isolation, the Reunion Island offers the luxury of massive resorts and offers accommodation in beautiful and intimate hotels and lodges. A delight for adrenaline junkies as this island houses a variety of adventure sports ranging from trekking through the dramatic landscape and mountain climbing on treacherous peaks.

Reunion Island has one of the most active volcanoes in the world, the Piton de La Fournaise. A trek to this furnace peak is must as you may not see any vegetation but the road is filled with intense colours of jet black, smoky topaz and burnt umber.
